1. Products have a 14-day return policy.

2. For products in stock, the delivery time is 1 - 4 business days. If the ordered product is exceptionally out of stock, the customer will be promptly informed.

3. If the customer receives the wrong product or a faulty product, they should immediately notify Lakeuden Hydro Oy's customer service at webshop(at)lakeudenhydro.com or by phone at 06-4125100 (Mon-Fri, 9 am - 4 pm).

4. Lakeuden Hydro Oy is not responsible if the delivery is delayed, hindered, or prevented due to circumstances beyond Lakeuden Hydro Oy's control, such as war, natural disasters, export or import restrictions, government decisions, disruptions in public transportation, or other similar events that hinder or prevent the operation of lakeudenhydro.com online store.

 

Detailed Delivery Terms:

1. Delivery Time


The delivery time for our products is 1 - 4 business days. We always aim for a speedy delivery and will contact customers via email or phone if we anticipate a longer delivery time than usual.

2. Delivery Methods
Pick up from the store at Rajatie 46, Seinäjoki or Laturintie 4, Vaasa, Free of Charge.

Pick up from your chosen Posti location, starting from €9.90.

Posti home delivery, starting from €19.90.

Posti Express package 09, starting from €29.90.

DB Schenker domestic freight, starting from €19.90.

3. Payment Methods
Credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Eurocard.
Invoice: Payment terms are as per the agreement for registered customers.

4. Return and Exchange Policy
Products have a full 14-day return policy. The returned product must be unused and in its original condition.

We request that you return the products via Matkahuolto customer return to the following address:

The same return policy applies to damaged products or if you have received an incorrect delivery. In such cases, you do not need to pay the shipping costs.

5. Complaints
Any complaints related to an order or delivery should be sent within seven (7) days of receiving the order to the following address: webshop(at)lakeudenhydro.com or by calling 06-4125 100.

6. Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their orders if delivery has not occurred within a reasonable time frame. Notification of order cancellation should be sent to webshop(at)lakeudenhydro.com or by calling 06-4125 100. We usually inform our customers via email or phone if the delivery time differs from the norm. Lakeuden Hydro Oy also reserves the right to cancel orders and refund the customer's account.
